Hi, my name is Cindy Barry and I am the President and CEO of EXTRASRes, Inc., which is the corporate body that also encompasses EXTRAS. As many of you know, EXTRAS was a subsidiary of TWI for many, many years. We have now taken it out of TWI and are running it as a �stand alone� corporation. The new EXTRASRes, Inc. is a minority-owned business with a majority of the shares being held by women.
To give you a rundown of how we�re organized, let me explain that we�re headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the western suburb of Summerlin. We also have an office just outside of Atlanta, Georgia, as well as an office near Oakland, California. Soon we will be adding an office near St. Louis, Missouri.

I am located in Las Vegas and am assisted by Debbie Baker, our Director of Sales and Gloria Sylva, our Manager of Web Site Services. And, oh yes, my husband Steve Barry, who is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Valerie Barry heads up our accounting functions, while Diane Wall and Jacquie Malamphy share responsibly for corporate support. Our newest staff addition is Rachel Lei, who assists Gloria Sylva with the web site. And that�s our team.
